Our technician will provide you with a code to type into the “Join with a Code” field.  Once you’ve typed in the correct code, click the arrow button next to the field and follow the instructions given to allow us access into your system.  Once the remote session has ended, the program will disconnect and we will no longer have access to your machine unless you allow it again.
